Multi-Listing Discounts

If you own 3 or more properties, we typically offer a 15% to 30% volume discount off the total setup cost — because we can reuse portions of your overarching market profile and repeatable brand data across listings.

Identical Units (The Exception)

If you own multiple identical units in the same building, you should never pay full price for each. The copywriting, guest avatar, and pricing rules will be nearly identical. For these situations we charge full price for the first listing and a heavily discounted "starting fee" (often 25% to 50% of the base price) for the duplicate units.

The "Pro + Management" Route

If you have a large portfolio (5+ properties), skipping the upfront flat fee entirely often makes the most sense. For clients on this management route, we can waive or heavily reduce the initial setup fee in exchange for a locked-in monthly retainer (or a percentage revenue-commission) management agreement.
