Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

STR Booster offers:
  • Short-term rental (STR) marketing, revenue optimization, and consulting services
  • SaaS tools powered by GoHighLevel for direct booking funnels, automation, and CRM management
  • OTA/PMS integration for analytics, reporting, and optimization
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use our services.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment & Billing

  • All fees are billed in accordance with the plan or service you select.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) and may require additional verification.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
  • Subscription-based services will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content, software, or branding without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our SaaS platform

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to GoHighLevel, OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com), PMS systems, PriceLabs, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms of those third parties.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided by STR Booster are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • We provide our services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, bookings, or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in question in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STR Booster and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and any outstanding payments remain due.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the STR Booster platform (“Service”), owned and operated by Green Door Hotel Inc., a corporation incorporated in the United States (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing, accessing, or using STR Booster, you (“Client,” “User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Free Trial Period

1.1 STR Booster offers a 14-day or 30-day free trial depending on the selected subscription tier.

1.2 No charges will be applied during the free trial.
However, a valid payment card is required to activate the trial for verification purposes.

1.3 If the payment card cannot be validated, the subscription and trial will not activate.

1.4 Certain features available during the trial may be offered as trial-only features and may incur additional costs after the trial period ends.

2. Subscription Billing & Payment

2.1 Subscriptions automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless canceled before the trial period expires.

2.2 By starting the trial, you authorize STR Booster to charge the subscription fee to the validated payment method once the trial concludes.

2.3 All fees are billed in accordance with the current pricing on the STR Booster website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.4 Phone usage, email usage, and other variable communication-based services may incur additional charges, which may be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Performance Guarantee

3.1 STR Booster provides a performance guarantee:
A minimum 40% increase in direct bookings over your baseline, measured year-over-year for the same period, within 60 days of active subscription.

3.2 Baseline metrics must be provided by the Client or verifiable through the Client’s PMS, OTA accounts, or analytics systems.

3.3 The performance guarantee applies only when:

  • The Client has correctly installed all required tracking, integrations, and funnels.

  • The Client is actively using the system as intended (e.g., not disabling core features, tracking, or communications).

  • The Client has not paused or limited campaigns or funnels during the 60-day period.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 If the 40% performance improvement is not achieved within 60 days, the Client is eligible for:

  • A full refund of the subscription fees paid within that 60-day period; and

  • Account cancellation with no further obligation.

4.2 Refund requests must be submitted in written form to support@strbooster.com within 15 days after the 60-day period ends.

4.3 The Company may require reasonable access to analytics data to validate performance metrics before issuing a refund.

5. Use of Service

5.1 The Client agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to managing or promoting short-term rental properties.

5.2 The Client is responsible for providing accurate data and maintaining access to integrated platforms such as PMS systems, OTAs, and analytics tools.

5.3 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice.

6. Communication Charges

6.1 Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and email sending conducted through STR Booster may incur additional charges.

6.2 These rates may be updated at the Company’s discretion. Updated pricing will be posted on the STR Booster billing page or communicated directly to users.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All funnels, copy, templates, strategies, automations, and digital assets created by STR Booster remain the intellectual property of Green Door Hotel Inc., unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use these materials during their active subscription.

8. Account Termination

8.1 The Client may cancel their subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless a refund is granted under the performance guarantee.

8.2 The Company may terminate access if the Client violates these Terms or engages in misuse of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Company is not liable for revenue fluctuations, market conditions, or booking trends outside our control.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client during the previous billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
