What is Rankbreeze?

Rankbreeze is a listing optimization software designed to enhance Airbnb bookings. It provides tools to optimize listing titles, descriptions, and prices and offers insights into search rankings and competitive pricing. Features include market data, A/B testing, daily and weekly reporting, and expert support.

Useful Features

Here are some features I found useful based on my extensive tool use. Competitor data:  I love the AirReview market data Chrome extension. It allows you to see basic occupancy and nightly rates for any property on Airbnb. The best part is that you can view it directly from any listing at the click of a button. I have found this helpful in getting a quick sense of what the competition is doing. You get an unlimited number of queries with the standard plan. Air Review Chrome Extension  Ranking Reports: One of Rankbreeze’s best assets is its granular ability to investigate your rankings. It auto-detects your property’s average length of stay and then compares your ranking based on occupancy to that of your competitors. Understanding your ranking based on occupancy filters is very good because it will help you strategize and earn extra revenues based on where you have an advantage. Rankbreeze review of features Property Search Metrics: You can see the performance data for each property. With AirReview installed, it augments the data in your Airbnb insights table to give you a better sense of how your property is performing.

The dashboard clearly shows your impressions, clicks, and conversions for each listing and your performance against the market.   I love this feature since it gives you a solid picture of where you can improve. For example, if you are getting a lot of first-page impressions and low conversion rates, you can check things like your listing quality to test if those things are holding you back. A/B testing: This feature allows you to track the improvements in your listings after making changes. It is a valuable indicator of what works and doesn’t with your listing. For example, you can change the lead image and then log it into the A/B testing feature, and then you can track if your rankings were affected and to what extent. Airbnb listing optimization results - str booster

Not so Useful Features

Market Reports: I found it a bit clunky to use. It takes a day or so to populate your market with information. While it provides a lot of market data, it pales to tools like AirDNA that can quickly pull up market and competitor data in its free version. Optimization Hub: The optimization hub should be the centerpiece of Rankbreeze, but it’s not.  It gives recommendations for titles, descriptions, and amenities. The premise for their title and description recommendations is the occupancy rate of listings using certain keywords. So, they provide keyword suggestions and show you the occupancy rate of listings that use those keywords. The problem here is that so many other factors affect rank other than wording that this method is unreliable. That said, I still think it is a good guide for amateur wordsmiths.  Pricing Tools: You can’t use the dynamic pricing feature unless you are connected to one of the five property management systems that they integrate with. This is a significant shortcoming. Also, the pricing tool is not nearly as robust as Pricelabs. Optimization Service: Rankbreeze offers an expensive optimization service that is not proven to achieve results. I do not doubt that Ranbreeze has the requisite expertise in this area, but you are probably better off with a specialist.

Rankbreeze Pricing

The starter Package is $29 per month and covers three listings. Its features include everything that the higher plans offer except competitor rental data and market data.

There is a 7-day $7 trial.

The standard plan is $67 monthly for up to 10 properties.

That plan comes with full features.

It has a $9, 7-day trial.

The Scaling Plan is $129 per month.

It is the same as the standard plan except with up to 30 properties.

It also has a $9, 7-day trial.

All plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you can save 15% if you pay quarterly instead of monthly.

Rankbreeze Review – Assessment and Overall Rating

Rankbreeze is a valuable tool for tracking and improving ranking, but its other features fall short.

I give it a B- because it helps improve Airbnb rankings.

Focusing more closely on their core value proposition as a rank-boosting tool would be better.

The Verdict

Rankbreeze is a valuable tool for hosts and rental managers who want to measure and boost their rankings on Airbnb.

Ultimately, its worth is determined by how well it fits your strategy.

With a low cost trial and a 30 day money back guarantee I would encourage you to start your Rankbreeze trial and see how it fits your needs.

I hope you found this Rankbreeze review helpful!
